Who we are

RadHaus Group LLC is a Texas company based in El Paso, Texas. We run Travel Sergeant and Vuela con Rueda, which offer online courses, a membership community, consultations, and a done for you award flight booking service that teach and help customers travel using credit card points and miles. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name and email address when you join a waitlist, buy a course or membership, book a consultation, or send us a message; the travel details you share in an award booking request, such as dates, destinations, party size, and the points programs and balances you tell us about; and the information you provide when you fill out any form on our sites. Payment card details are entered on the secure pages of our payment processor and are never collected or stored by us. We also receive basic technical information when you visit our sites, such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, through standard hosting and analytics logs.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service you asked for, process payments, run your searches and bookings, send confirmations and service messages, answer your questions, and send educational content and offers you signed up to receive. We use technical information to keep our sites working and secure and to understand which content is useful.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our business, and only what each one needs: Stripe for payment processing, Skool for course and community access, Kit for email delivery, Calendly for consultation scheduling, Google for forms and spreadsheets that hold booking requests, and Cloudflare for website hosting. Award booking requests are shared with airlines or loyalty programs only at the booking step and only as needed to complete a booking you approved. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Security

We protect information with access controls on our accounts, strong passwords with two factor authentication where available, encrypted connections on our sites and forms, and by collecting as little as we can. We will never ask for your loyalty program passwords, and your points stay in your own accounts at all times. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices as our tools change.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records while your account or service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, and support. Waitlist and email list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time from any message. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to miguel@travelsergeant.com. We respond to requests within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

When this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
