The services

We provide online video courses and a membership community about traveling with credit card points and miles, one on one consultations, and a done for you award flight booking service. Content is educational. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and credit card decisions remain your own.

Purchases and billing

Courses, memberships, and consultations are charged in full at checkout. Membership prices are grandfathered at the entry price while a membership stays active. Award bookings work differently and are covered below. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds

Refunds are available under the refund terms published on the sales page for the product you bought. Award booking deposits are nonrefundable, as explained below.

Award booking service

The fee is $250 per person, one way or roundtrip. A $100 per person deposit starts the search; it is nonrefundable and counts toward the fee. The $150 balance is charged only when your flights are booked. We cannot make an airline release award seats and cannot guarantee them; good seats can disappear in minutes, so when an option fits your request we move fast. If nothing bookable opens within 90 days of daily checks, the search ends and the deposit is all you pay; if your trip is further out, we agree on when your 90 days start, usually closer to the trip. If we find flights that match what you asked for and you decide not to book them, the full fee is due. Your points pay for the flights, and airline taxes and fees are charged to your card at booking. We will never ask for your passwords; your points stay in your accounts, and transfers happen only after you have seen and approved the exact flights, because transfers cannot be undone.

Consultations

Consultations are 45 minute video calls booked through Calendly. Please give reasonable notice to reschedule.

Our sites and content contain affiliate and referral links, including credit card offers. We may earn a commission or bonus when you use them, at no extra cost to you, and the offer you receive is the same either way.

Your responsibilities

Accounts you open with us or with our providers are for your own use. Course and community content is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Liability

Award availability, prices, taxes, and program rules are set by airlines and loyalty programs and change without notice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
